Following on this post, less-redacted billing sheets for the Michigan AG’s consultant, Skip Pruss, have been obtained on administrative appeal by Energy Policy Advocates.
These confirm the taxpayer is indeed paying Pruss an hourly rate as a non-employee to play intermediary with the “climate nuisance” tort firm, Sher Edling for its lobbying the AG’s office to investigate and/or sue energy companies in the footsteps of the New York AG.
The latter of course suffered a humiliating loss in court in December. That costly suit was also brought as a result of tort lawyer lobbying.
