These threads-to-pull serve as a reminder that the controversy about the rigged process to impose the predetermined greenhouse gas emission “Endangerment Finding” has NOT been resolved. Indeed, despite shining a light on problems with predetermination and political engineering, the OIG inquiry was actually used as cover to ‘move on.’
The same is true for the Agency’s campaign to smear whistleblower Alan Carlin. There’s even an email saying whew the journos asked “none of the hard stuff we worried about”.
